Land O' Lake Iconic or Racist?

In the world of Political Correctness nothing is off limits.

Iconic Land O Lakes logo is now under fire. The Land O Lakes brand is a co-op of more than 3000 producers founded in 1921.

While the folksy images of Indians and African Americans used by farmers and produce growers have long since been abandoned, LOL still embraces their famous image as America's most recognizable dairy product.

But PC is in vogue, and the Land O Lake kneeling Indian Madien may soon vanish from your grocer's dairy cooler.

I've got no problem if it went away.

Who is calling it racist? I don't think that. It seems more like one of the last few reminders that we stole native American land.
