Spring in the Carolina's means baseball. I don't mean major league baseball, with salaries on steroids, strikes and contract negotiations. I mean sand lot baseball, small town baseball and little league baseball.
Baseball that is played for the sake of baseball. A game that matters to no one except the kids on the field and the parents in stands, unless for some strange reason the bleachers are surprisingly filled with fans, NBC Sports shows up and the announcers know every kid's name and suddenly you have the best game ever.
And here is how it all unfolds......
The rest of the story can be found at Improv Everywhere a group run by Charlie Todd, a Columbia, SC native who crossed the state line and attended the other Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Charlie now resides in New York, were he claims to be a comedian and preforms at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre when he's not pulling pranks via Improv Everywhere.
