With the votes in, more than 88% of those voting thought the best way to improve morale at the CMPD was for RoMo to resign.
Frankly I had hoped "Beer Pong" would have received more votes.
As we noted early last week Frisbee Football which was tied with Beer Pong was discontinued for some pretty obvious reasons.
Next up a poll to rate the CMPD Command Staff Majors and DCs butt kissing ability.

It is absolutely amazing how Curt Walton and Rodney Monroe have single handedly ruined one of the most respected Police Departments in this country, because of the Diversity BS Agenda that Walton had when he ran Chief Stephens Off. When will this City wake up and quit being politically correct and see what the hell is going on in this department!!!!!! I know, Im one of the old timers and it makes me sick!!!
Hey Cedar, you should do a quick poll on the city council decision tomorrow night to see if they are going to make Marcus Jackson's personell file public.
Just wait and see the after effects of this agenda the department and city council are pushing with recruitment. This recent news is just the tip of the iceberg

Just a little more insight into the academy.
A few months back, there was an Open House at the academy, advertised, get this, FOR WOMEN AND MINORITIES ONLY. I mean, can you DO that?? What if they had an Open House and advertised it "FOR WHITE MEN ONLY". How would that go over?
There is now an African American Major, an African American Captain, and an African American Sergeant over the Academy, and I am told the majority of recruiters are now African American.
Is there a pattern here?
Rodney Monroe disbanded the International Relations Unit soon after arriving at CMPD....before he even knew what they did and all that they had accomplished, especially within the Hispanic community. HE DISBANDED IT.....Hello?????
I thought he was trying to make CMPD REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMMUNITY?
And NOW he says he is doing much go strengthen relations with the Hispanic Community.......yea, sure, is that not a little obvious???
I bet it would be interesting to do a study of all applicants to the police academy from the past 6 months and compare all of them from the most qualified to the least and then see who they have hired.
