He actually stood up in front of city council and said, on camera, that he was not counting crime differently.From everything I have been told, that, my friends, is just disingenuous.There is no other way to say it, he stood up there and was disingenuous....once again.Because they have counted crime differently than it had been counted at CMPD.What he said was total BULLSHIT...and if you put him under oath, I'm still not sure he is capable of telling the truth.
The more thing change and more they stay the same.
