CN2's Dianne Gallagher (@kokomodianne) broke the story via her twitter account yesterday afternoon. And included this photo.

According to several media sources the Army Apache helicopter was on a training mission when it was forced to land on a Lancaster County road.

Text book emergency helo landing if you ask Cedar Posts. The Charlotte Observer says the Army is sending a truck to pick it up, but more than likley the crew of two will fly it out today.
