I don't think it's education as much as people not giving a rats a$$ about the work they do. Of course having put two through CMS that's the attitude they promote too with a lot of kids just do enough to get by.

Think about it Cedar, 90 plus degrees on fresh asphalt sweat pouring down your face, the last thing you're going to do is check your spelling.

Ironically, it was painted by a subcontractor by the name of Traffic Markings, Inc. Their main office is in Mass. I believe.
