Ms McCard has been arrested on a extradition warrant served on her at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. She remains in the Mecklenburg County Jail under $7,500 bond awaiting extradition to South Carolina where she is charged with Credit Card Fraud and theft.
March 2012 CP Update, a search of court records show a McCard in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011 all in Charleston, South Carolina.
Apparently not the first time McCard has been accused of financial crimes. Sources point to a crime spree in Asheville, North Carolina where she is accused of theft and writing hundreds of dollars in bad checks. However no record of any arrests has been located.
January 2013 CP Update, this video was forwarded with the suggestion the thief is the same Tina McCard. Hard to say, but the mannerisms reportedly are dead on.

Hard to tell about the women in the video but it wouldn't surprise me. No doubt that is her mug shot. Wonder how much time she ended up doing?
We'll I don't know about the video tape but I can tell you that is a place she was often seen at.
As far as the arrest yep that's her.
They ran her out of Charleston, and she got a job as a "chef" she's not a trained chef (one of her many lies) that lasted until her past caught up with her in Maine.
Not sure if she was stealing from the owners or passengers or both.
Well she landed on her feet again on another much smaller boat. Three weeks later she was let go again.
Last I heard she was on the run from the law up in Maine or Minnesota.
When they catch her is will be jail time for sure!

There are 2 outstanding arrest warrants for her in Charleston County.

She is a liar and thief. She robbed me in my own home. She needs to go BACK to jail.
And whoever said she was never arrested clearly did not see her mug shot. I am so glad people are starting to see how crooked this liar is!
She stole from a dozen or more people in Asheville and was frankly speaking, run out of town.
She worked on two boats during the summer up north and was released from both, and I doubt either would hire the nut case back.
Sad to see someone like this take advantage of so many people.
House arrest is what she got on the Federal credit card fraud charges. But who knows what other crimes she's committed.
I just really hope someday she gets put in her place. Stealing from me in my own home was just gut wrenching! I was so blind to her tricks and lies. I didn't realize until after she moved out that she had gotten away with so many of my things. I am so glad someone pointed this site out to me. She will never step foot back in my house. Locks were changed the day she left! People beware!!!!!!!!

She should be!!!! From what I have seen and heard, she is off the radar a bit. I am not friends with her on social media, but I have been told she has blocked a few people and un followed them. I would love to have some info! She stole from me numerous times!!!!
That is most definitely Tina McCard. What a dirtbag thief she turned out to be. She took me for $3000+. Needs to be put away for a long time.
