FOX News Charlotte Slams CMPD Sloppy Police Work

I would say FOX is being petty except it seems to be a standard at CMPD. Sloppy police work for sure, typos fine, but it is just slack cops and no supervision.
First off, Fox is wrong on the address. The address given by the victim's fiance is clearly stated as 3930, not 7930. As much as everyone wants to throw the 911 call taker under the bus, that is just wrong.
Secondly, the use of approximately 0856 in the warrant will cover that mistake. The use of 1930 Rea Rd instead of 7930 Rea Rd will be addressed by the detective and the DA in front of the judge and defense attorney. Is it an honest mistake? Yes it is. Will they admit it and correct it? Yes they will. Will it affect the case? No it won't.
