Cedar's Take: Mecklenburg County Commissioner Harold Cogdell says he's decided not to run for re-election this year. And that he's not running for any political office. And that he's cutting ties with the democratic party just five months before the national convention.
But wasn't it Cogdell who liked to call Bill James "an embarrassment," well OK that is true but look who is "an embarrassment" now.
