Hey it goes to show taxpayers that even bureaucrats can have wet dreams. I wonder how much was spent on that exercise and yes taxpayers will also have to contribute extra to state workers pensions besides their own.

Anyone have an idea what those buildings are that are paved over?
Those traffic circles are gonna kill so many illegals -- hope the developers get their money's worth.
