Pretty much my thought as well, not really sure where Kevin was trying to go with this one. But I think the wheels fell off.
I get it. Not really about Charlotte police, but Charlotte in general. In general, people here can be very nice while stabbing you in the back at the same time. This area is pretty passive aggressive.If you are not native, it takes a while to get used to it.
Kinda like saying "bless her heart"It's really a put-down, even though it sounds like you are being nice.
There are more new comers than natives in Charlotte.
