Mecklenburg County under the direction of both County Manager Harry Jones and the BOCC continues to explore the idea of offering benefits to domestic partners, including offering insurance and retirement benefits to same sex partners.
Cedar Posts is pretty openned minded but do we have the money? I doubt it so why are we wasting taxpayer dollars to study the feasibility of offering domestic partner benefits to County employees?
