According to Fox News, Charlotte City Council member Warren Turner has been dismissed from his post at the North Carolina Department of Correction.
You got love the Observer's use of the "I'm undressing you with my eyes look" Warren Turner photo.
According to a letter from the DOC, "The Department has completed it investigation and review of personnel matters concerning Warren Turner. No information was discovered indicating that Turner engaged in inappropriate speech or conduct of a sexual nature with female offenders."
The letter continues, "However, Mr. Turner did not follow directives from his chain of command, which resulted in his dismissal for unacceptable personal conduct."
Warren Turner is Charlotte's Marion Barry.
How many times has Washington's resident crack head been arrested, convicted, suspected, sued, summoned, indicted and incarcerated?
His crimes, range from tax fraud and drug dealing to stalking, yet they continue to re-elect him as he currently serves on the Washington DC city council.
Since Charlotte has this odd connection to Washington we too must have a "Town Clown" in this case Warren Turner.

Thank goodness someone had the nerve to do what needed to be done.
Yet he continues "to serve" the public, sure, self serving is all he is about.
