Four Faces of Jamal Steven McKenith

Jamal Steven "Mally" McKenith's life of crime came to a sudden and abrupt end Monday night after he tried to rob an armed clerk at a Subway Restaurant.

McKenith whose arrest record goes back to juvenile crimes had received a sentence of 24 months supervisory probation in November for possession a firearm.

His most recent mug shots, crimes and punishments are as follows:

August 17, 2008 Resisting Arrest
Result: Suspended Sentence Probation

November 23, 2008 Breaking and Entering, Possession of Stolen Goods, Trespassing and Assault with a Deadly Weapon with intent to Kill Result: 8 Months and Probation.

January 14, 2010 Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon Result: 24 Months Probation

January 17, 2011 Armed Robbery Result: Immediate Execution

Seems fair enough. What do you think?

The only trouble I see with this one is the Subway guy chased them down outside of the store to shoot them.

CMPD has issued conflicting reports no surprise there, but if he killed them both in the store there would be no question.

But chasing them down to blow them away, is not a smooth move. They were no longer a threat and so it will be up to Andrew Murray to sort this one out.

I'll throw it back to you Cedar, do you think Murray will charge the shooter?

Nice racially sensitive photo illustration Cedar!

I think Murray will have to charge the guy with something. His only defense would be that he feared they would come back.

5:13 I failed Forensic Anthropology twice, so cut me some slack. Though I think I'm correct and that is indeed a negroid skull based on the eye sockets and nasal cavity.

Cedar I think its a little over the top after all he was somebody's son.

Don't you have any respect for the dead?

Here's the thing; he went there with a gun, and he has been previously convicted of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. So, to the DA I would say, don't go after the subway employee; because a jury (after seeing the history and escalation of violence) would not convict and it would only waste money and time that could be better spent.

WTF...how about this, maybe his parents, grandparents whatever should have taught him how to go out get a job and make his own money instead of taking from others- what if it had been your family that was robbed....grow up...he's no bodys anything anymore and most of all not another burden on taxpayers-

We will never know what mayhem the "shooter" prevented by stopping this criminal. The threat was gone?? His record alone shows he is a threat to society
