Dude Finds Wallet Needed Weed So It All Worked Out OK
Tired of those Good Samaritan stories? Kid finds ten grand in a garbage can turns it in and gets a ten dollar gift card to the Apple Store happy ending stories?

Well, we could say it was BLM getting reparations, but the half-good Samaritan wrote "Toodles." Therefore, we know it is a white guy and your theory of his being a Bernie supporter stands correct.
But technically, the owner of the wallet doesn't have any cash now, so he should get 90% of Mr. Toodles's weed.
