Wednesday Musical Interlude for the benefit of all my Liberal Democrat friends mindlessly following along with the Tax and Spend, tear down the Racist Nazi Statues of the Treasonous Confederate Southerners, give us Gun control now, we demand Open Borders and Free Education madness.....

 "What's in your head"???

The troubles in Northern Ireland have thankfully subsided from the days of my youth. But it is important to note that much of the reason behind the bombings, assassinations, and routine terror that the citizens of the Northern Ireland endured follow a familiar script, factions remarkedly similar, couldn’t agree on pointless trivial issues and one faction continually pressuring the other by whatever means they felt necessary.

There's a certain commonality between today and the Irish Troubles of the 60s, 70s, 80s and 1990s, one group tearing down the history of another, graffiti sprayed on a Catholic Church is not much different from Racist Nazi Bigot being sprayed on a memorial honoring civil war dead. Tearing down Confederate statues, erasing decades long traditions, forcing change via violent protests rather than the peaceful power of a vote, all follows a path taken by both factions in Northern Ireland.

Destroying one person's heritage in the name of diversity and inclusion is neither, and it will lead us to anarchy, yes what's in your head?
