Charlotte Mecklenburg Diversity Hires Fail

Make no mistake the City of Charlotte is run by incompetent clowns.

From the Mayor Vi Lyles:

and Charlotte City Council:

to City Manager Marcus Jones:

to CATS Head John Lewis:

to CMPD Chief Johnny Jennings:

to Solid Waste Services Rodney Jamison:

These diversity hires have turned Charlotte into a massive endless example of mismanagement and incompetence.

No doubt COIVD-19 made running a city difficult. But much of what is wrong with municipal governments becomes clearer when economic crisis hits. Unfortunately, we are now looking at a total trifcukta of economic ills.

Inflation, Staff Shortages, Recession all leading to revenue decline, tax increases and further service reductions.

But anyone with common sense would have understood forcing perfectly healthy employees to submit to a vaccine injection or submit their resignation would have long term consequences.

Mask mandates alone were enough to get city employees asking about retirement. 

Private sector managers are well ahead of the game, but these civil servants have no idea what to do.

Across the board staff shortages have created a disruption to basic services.

CMPD response time has nearly doubled, 911 calls are put on hold. If your car is broken into you call hte 311 number and make a report to show your insurance company because it doesn't warrant an investigation unless a weapon is stolen.

Trash pick-up delayed, seemingly random, and often haphazard. Yard waste is hit and miss, if they hit the back of the truck great if they miss oh well let storm water deal with it. Plastic bags were too much effort to empty so City Council decided to ban them.  

Cats buses seldom show up on time. They are dirty and the drivers obviously over worked. Lynx trains are running up to 40 minutes behind. Bus bridges are a common occurrence. When they do run the majority of passengers are thugs, drunks, homeless junkies who pee on themselves.

Overtime across the board has gone through the roof, vacation requests are often denied. 

The mayor is so preoccupied with her WOKE agenda that she parades her big accomplishment for June as renaming a street Brooklyn Village Avenue. Claiming that Brooklyn was once a thriving African American Community. It  wasn't anymore thriving that Beatties Ford is today. While she might be WOKE she's asleep at the wheel when it comes to shootings and violent crime.

The Mayor and Charlotte City Council were up for re-election last year, but they decided to give themselves a free pass blaming COVID and the US Census and for good measure they gave each other a pay raise. Then to avoid a possible "Red Wave" in November they decided hold their election in the middle of summer travel season.

To tell you how indigent Democrats have become, Patrick Cannon and LaWanna Mayfield decided to run for public office once again never mind their scandal layered past. 

Then there's the push to bring low income housing to every neighborhood via density saturation. Developers sense blood in the water and are circling like hungry sharks.

The only way to stop the madness is to vote on July 26th and reject the Democrat De-Fund the Police WOKE agenda and defeat everyone of the Democrat City Council At-Large candidates.  

If you don't vote in this election and if you don't convince at least a dozen other people to vote that last Tuesday in July for the Republican Candidates you can't complain about higher taxes and higher yet violent crime.
