What a line of crap. The spin doctor Rob was in charge of this line of crap from ROMO. Eventually the public will get fed up with his lies bout crime. City council also needs to be replace starting with Curt. They are just as dumb ASSES as ROMO.
you don't know what happened with or to the other victims. maybe they weren't handled the right way to impress the necessity. maybe they were still messed up and heard he was told to leave police custody already. maybe they were afraid to be forthcoming because they were involved in drugs or possibly other things. you don't know. half the time, officers don't understand evidence. you can't understand traumatized victims to understand evidence and comply in a timely way at each instance.

How can anyone watch Rodney Monroe and not think they are watching a sitcom?
Seriously, does anyone else think he is acting like he is stoned?
yes. and on many other appearances, including city council
Can't wait till justice serves itself on this PofS! and it will, someone WILL eventually kill him....waiting for that day.
But until then, his victims are pretty stupid huh? Didn't want to do the rape kit, really? She/they would rather he continue preying on others? WOW!
Wouldn't you say fine detective work by the Rape Detectives of CMPD.

For a chief of Police, with a degree in Crimal Justice, his diction certainly leaves a lot to be desired.
