Mecklenburg County a Broken Justice System
Need proof Mecklenburg County Magistrates are clowns?
Someone set the bail for this guy at $45,000.00
Yet a guy arrested for AWDWIKISI gets an unsecured bond and an ankle monitor which he disables and shoots someone else.
This is nuts!

Not surprising at all considering a Magistrate really only needs a GED to qualify for the position. It's either Magistrate.... Or Starbucks...

A few t=years ago there were 8 magistrate positions that were un-filled!
Some of the idiots even have law degrees! Go figure!

Magistrates are just warm bodies behind a glass. They don't set the standards for bail. This is a direct result of liberal judges and DA.
Unless you are Magistrate Mosley, BLM, who thinks that she is the prosecutor, defense attorney, judge and jury! BYW...She don't like white officers!
