CMPD Officer Engaging Juvenile Suspect
Just a very sobering reminder how fast things can change with CMPD.
But why?
The juvenile has an arrest record dating back to SIX years old.

@8:02. I agree with you in part. Black officers I’ve seen good and bad. Females… the worst. Complete train wreck. Wish they didn’t let females become cops. They’re physically weaker and cause more drama than they’re worth. Think about it, if we were all male would we have half the problems? Half of them are snitching on male officers to make themselves look good. The other half got their legs wide open.
What I don't see in this video is any effort to de-escalate the situation. This will be a textbook case to train on. What would happen if he were not cursing and chasing him? Could a negotiator been brought in to help once the juvenile was in a safe place? What about the safety of the nearby residents?

246, females are good for forensic and training classes. They definitely will toss it at you for a promotion. Some females are really ugly around here and they still get fucked. The girl at the airport fucked like 5 guys and married a sgt. The same guys were at the wedding.
Like I said … female officers are no good. It’s a liability for everyone on the shift. When a 300lbs nugget decides to buck on a traffic stop, that’s the whole shift coming to rescue the dumb female who wants to play cops and robbers…. Which reminds me, does the department still have a different set of physical standards for female officers? If they want equality why don’t the do the equal amount of push ups and sit ups?

If it’s a brother in an “I ain’t going back to jail moment” and the officer is 90lbs soaking wet, ol Quantavius got his victim.
Anyone see Stella fight one?! I haven’t. It’s funny how the least qualified persons get promoted. I could care less how many degrees you have. That don’t mean shit in this line of work. Sometimes it’s the 4-year degree folks that are the dumbest and couldn’t de-escalate anything.
9:37, Stella was prior military. Forgot what she did though. Bout damn time the department did something for former military members with the 5% in January, although it should be its own separate bump and not affected if an officer has a degree or not. Unfortunately, that’s not how we do shit here.
1008, I’ve seen plenty of cops “fight one” and it looked horrible. Some SWAT guys are liars about their skills. Just sayin…I’ve seen some embarrassing fights. All men.
Could care less dude. Stella is about 95lbs…. I’ve seen crack heads and meth addicts carry more weight than her. If she hits Tyrone with a knee strike, you think it’s doing anything??? Nope. She’s a paper pusher along with 1/2 the command staff. Sitting behind a desk changes you. Don’t believe me?! Look at the difference with Putney, while he was a Sgt at the Academy and then as a chief. Same person??? I think not.
