CMPD, has issued a warrant for malicious use of explosives and possession of weapons of mass destruction for Tracy Bauguess.
Updated 2:05 Wednesday:
Police say Tracy Bauguess, wanted on three counts of malicious injury by use of an explosive device and one count of possession of a weapon of mass destruction, turned herself into police just after 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Bauguess turned herself in at the jail and is waiting to appear before a magistrate.

Told ya she looks just like the description of the explosive they used "Mother of Satan" and the step-witch...LOL
I'd check every burger and fried chicken joint within 20 miles. I don't think she would last more than a couple of hours without at least a bag of chips.
