According to CMPD, a large group of vehicles sped away from the QuikTrip just after shots were fired.
Officers where apparently across the street responding to another call when they heard the sound of a semi automatic hand gun firing multiple times.
Within 20 minutes Medic had pronounced a man, 21-year-old Donald Scott Taylor, dead at the scene.
And Officers also charged 29-yearold Ibn Reid with accessory after murder.
Both men have prior arrests for weapons and AWDWIKISI so once again you have to ask yourself why both of these clowns were out on the streets of Charlotte. Why are these criminals not in prison?
Roger's prior criminal charges for stolen weapon, resisting, AWDWIKISI have been dismissed by Mecklenburg County DA Spencer Merriweather only the assault on a female charge and a number of traffic charges remain on the North Carolina Courts calendar.
Reid's prior charges include Attempted Murder for which he was out of a no cash bail awaiting trial which is not on the calendar until 12/31/2023. 18 months from now.

So rumor around the LEC is that Angela Starnes was the officer that put the innocent man in jail for 3 months for a murder he didn't commit.

I'm going to be the first one to point out the obvious, but these soaring gas prices are obviously a cause of this QT shooting. When putting enough gas in your tank to get to work, or take the kids to daycare is causing emotional distress, then this is the obvious knock-on effect. Tempers flare, possibly you see a crime of opportunity, maybe its just jealousy that someone else can afford a three digit tank of gas. We will likely never know why, but it pains me to see a generation of young people who were not adequately socialized by our education system, and now they are the victims of climate change and Putin's gas hikes.
Keep the american victims in mind, especially the Black ones, when we are called to help defeat Putin in Ukraine. This is our front line, and this won't be the final murder over gasoline.

Finance is not backing new oil exploration because the long-term shift to EV's, then likely hydrogen power vehicles makes gasoline a non-seller in the long term. That is, if we make it to the long term before Climate Change destroys our ecological balance.

9:12. While the market does influence oil prices, the conditions that influence and create the market are controlled by the Democrats right now.. So if you limit the supply of oil that can be produced in the US for example, you short the market and drive up the costs. Pretty simple economics. Now if your goal is to influence people to move to electric cars and so forth then you drive up prices through the policies you control to reach a point that people just can’t afford to buy oil. That my friend is how is how the Left (also know as Democrats) change local (specifically US) markets. But Democrats are using their market influences to change everything they can, take for example criminal laws. Democrats can not de-crimilize laws in Raleigh so they elect an inept and arrogant Sheriff and District Attorney who just ignore the existing laws and create their own justice system. That is what we have today. It is easy to do in Charlotte and even Mecklenburg County as very few people vote in primaries so the “Left” or Democrats simply put up their “selected candidates” and then mobilize their “community activists” to get out their voters and it works for them. I am surprised you failed to mention your Leftist or Democrat buddy Jeff Jackson as is normally done. He will be more of the same. You do realize these batteries that store energy for these cars are made from minerals that are considered just as harmful the the environment. So far you just don't have many to recycle. That will start in about 10 years. Same is true with solar panels when we start replacing them. Finally, until you hangs China and most of the 3rd world counties you will have no impact on the environment. If China or India or Russia want to kill their environment, let them. Here, we need to lower Carbon emissions so the temperatures don't soar here. I would like for the Outer Banks to be around when my children are old enough to take their children there. Lowering emissions here will help us stabilize our temperatures here.
I am positive that we will have an answer for lithium recycling by the time the first gen cars life expectancy runs out. We need enlightened leadership like Anthony Foxx and Jeff Jackson to help with a public/private partnership with a company like Albemarle to help fuel the new green job revolution here in NC.
